Faction AI is a trading style of Max Faction Limited, registered in England & Wales. References to "we", "us", and "our" in this policy refer to Max Faction Limited.

Max Faction Limited ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what personal data we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

When you contact us, book an audit, or email us, we collect your name, email, business details, and anything you voluntarily send us. When you visit this website we collect minimal analytics (page views, referrer, country) via privacy-respecting tooling. No third-party advertising cookies.

How we use it

To reply to you, deliver services you've engaged us for, and improve our work. We don't sell or share your data with third parties except the tools needed to deliver our service to you (calendar, email, payment processor) — and only the minimum each needs.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete it, or complain to the ICO in the UK. Email mb@factionai.dev and we'll action it within 30 days.

Retention

We keep client communications and project data for 6 years for legal/tax reasons, then delete. Marketing enquiries that don't convert are deleted after 12 months.
